You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You may use the website and services only for lawful business purposes and may not copy, resell or misuse our content without written permission.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please keep your information accurate and up to date. We may suspend accounts used for unauthorised or fraudulent activity.
DLT registration is mandatory for sending SMS in India. It is separate from our SMS packs, its fee is paid directly to the telecom operator, and it is renewable — it must stay active. Headers and templates must be approved on DLT before sending. Our team helps you with DLT registration and template approval.
You are responsible for the content you send. SMS can be sent only through approved headers and templates, and promotional SMS only to consenting / non-DND numbers, as per TRAI regulations. Delivery is subject to DLT and operator rules.
SMS packs cover SMS credits only. GST is charged extra. SMS credit validity is 730 days (2 years) from the date of purchase; unused credits lapse after this period. No refund is applicable because DLT registration is pending, rejected or expired.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to Smart Campaign Solution or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these terms or of any law, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may run offers or discounts and may change or end them at any time. By using our services you agree to receive service updates and offers by email, SMS, RCS and WhatsApp; you can opt out anytime.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.
