DLT registration is mandatory, done separately on the operator’s DLT portal, and its fee is paid directly to the operator. DLT is renewable — it must be kept active, and templates must be approved before sending. Buying an SMS pack does not complete or renew DLT registration. Our team helps you with DLT registration, renewal and template approval.
Is GST included?No. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST. You get a proper GST invoice for every purchase.
Do SMS credits expire?SMS credits are valid for 730 days (2 years) from the date of purchase.
