We sell digital services only (SMS credits and messaging services). Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.
After your payment is confirmed, the SMS credits are added to your account on our SMS panel (panel.smartbulksms.in), usually within 24 hours on working days.
New customers receive their login details by email or WhatsApp. Order confirmation and the GST invoice are sent to your registered email or WhatsApp.
To send SMS in India, your DLT registration must be active and your header and templates must be approved. Our team helps you with this. DLT approval time depends on the telecom operator.
