Smart Bulk SMS is a brand of Smart Campaign Solution, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra (branch: Empirical Business Center 504, near Navale Bridge, Narhe, Pune 411041). This policy applies to SMS packs and other messaging services bought on smartbulksms.in, by payment link or by bank transfer.
You can cancel an order before the SMS credits are added to your account by emailing or calling us with your order number. A cancelled order is refunded in full.
Once SMS credits are added to your account, the order cannot be cancelled.
SMS credits are a digital service and are non-refundable once added to your account, whether used or unused.
No refund is applicable because DLT registration is pending, rejected or expired, or because headers or templates are not approved. DLT registration and its fee are separate and are paid directly to the telecom operator.
Unused credits lapse after the SMS credit validity period of 730 days (2 years) and are not refundable.
If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, or you are charged twice for the same order, the extra amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we confirm it.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or bank account). The time taken for the amount to show in your account depends on your bank.
